1. Introduction

Welcome to Prabha Flutes. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our mastercrafted instruments. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. The Artisan Nature of Our Instruments

Every bansuri crafted by Prabha Flutes is made by hand using natural Assam Dholu bamboo. Because bamboo is an organic material, no two flutes will ever look exactly alike.

• Slight variations in color, grain, wall thickness, and natural markings are entirely normal and are a testament to the instrument's authenticity.
• These visual variations do not affect the acoustic performance, tuning (A=440Hz), or structural integrity of the flute.
• We do not accept returns based on cosmetic bamboo variations, as these are the hallmarks of a natural, handcrafted product.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, though any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We process all payments securely through Razorpay. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI details on our servers. An order is only considered legally binding and confirmed once full payment is successfully received and a Confirmation Email is dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery

To ensure the ultimate safety of your instrument, all flutes are packed securely inside rigid PVC pipes. While we strive to dispatch orders within 48 to 72 hours of confirmation, handcrafted tuning adjustments may occasionally require additional time.

Estimated delivery timelines provided at checkout are guidelines, not guarantees. Prabha Flutes is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, natural calamities, or unforeseen logistical issues.

5. Returns and Replacements

Due to the hygienic nature of wind instruments, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.

Replacements are strictly limited to instruments that arrive physically damaged during transit. To qualify for a transit-damage replacement, you must provide an unboxing video showing the sealed PVC pipe being opened and the damage clearly visible. This video must be sent to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, audio samples, product descriptions, and web design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Prabha Flutes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

7. Care and Maintenance Liability

Bamboo is sensitive to extreme temperature shifts and humidity. We provide detailed care instructions to ensure the longevity of your bansuri. Prabha Flutes is not liable for cracks, warping, or tonal shifts that occur due to improper oiling, exposure to direct sunlight, dropping, or general mishandling by the user after delivery.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar.
